As someone who needs to lose some pounds to improve my health, I've been thinking a lot about diet culture. Most of what I see out there is so restrictive, I feel it sets us up for failure. I think you're musing enough things to carry your writing through 2024!

Yes, I’ve been wondering lately whether we’d be better off if “trauma dumping” as a term didn’t exist... just feels like it flattens the nuances that can exist in vulnerable conversations
